Homemade Bread: Attempt #1


I present to you: Our First Attempt at Homemade Bread. 

This was a month or so ago, we gave it a try. It immediately convinced us that store bread would never do again and we haven’t bought any since. I consider the first batch to be sad, we only had one bread pan at the time so we decided to make it on a baking sheet, one loaf and six buns. So the load turned out wide but thin. I’ve purchase a second pan since then and we cake two loaves a week. They turn out more spectacular each time as I’m learning how to make it better.
Stay tuned! I’ll share how wonderful it’s become now. Once I feel VERY confident in my recipe, I’ll share that with you.
